For this i used a lot of devastators to take out anybody who shot at me. For the endurance in the craters, i just hid behind the signs in front of the tunnle entrances and nobody can shoot you, or at least somehow if they do get to you just use a devastator. Hopfully these notes will help someone complete this challenge.
