The Police L-2000 is the ultimate dogfighter. Only the Swallow comes close. It's got the best combination of speed, manuverability, and weapons capacity. Only the Neo-Tiger and Swallow are faster and the Neo-Tiger isn't that much faster.
Almost none except that it's difficult to get in the offline game. It loses a good deal of its dogfighting performance when fitted with a pod and drone.
The Police Moth cannot fire the "nukes" reqired for some of the plotline's missions. You'll need to get another Moth for those missions.
Get an Engine #3 pretty quick. You'll also want a good Cell. Make sure to make good use of the sharp turning radius in dogfights. This is where the Police L-2000 really shines.
